Use TwitOnMSN talk to twitter

No cell or internet explorer needed. A new “friend” helps to do everything in twitter by Windows Live Messenger or Yahoo! Messenger. No additional software required.

TwitOnMSN, maybe should describe as Twitter on IM. I find this guy from web site groups.im, which seems like a society network with some game and entertainment communities chat together by IM clients. The way is similar with what I did in cell phone, add twitonmsn@live.com to contact list in WLM (MSN) or Yahoo Messenger first, then send “signin” to authorize. After that you could update what’s happening by just send text to him. What I mostly like is drag a picture in it and post twitter much easier than before.

But I find twitonmsn@live.com has limited contact number, it will automatically add you by another account like twitonmsn016@live.com, twitonmsn003@live.com…

After all, it is really a simple way to tweet. Type “help” could know what you can do with him. Type “cancel” could delete latest update. When your Live Messenger get online, a tweets notification pop up, it is definitely awesome!

It is said that will support more Instant Message software like Google Talk (Gtalk) and Facebook Chat in the future. I don’t know why it is not list in twitter official third party application, may because it is not an application at all.

By the way, it is definitely a good twitter tool for tweets from countries under regulatory policy like China.
